Refund Policy

Digital kits unlock immediately after purchase. You may request a refund within 14 days of purchase if you have not downloaded or generated a completed document package. Once documents have been generated or downloaded, the digital product has been delivered and is generally non-refundable.

Unopened physical kits may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a refund of the product price. Return shipping is the customer's responsibility unless the kit arrived damaged or incorrect, in which case we cover it. A physical kit whose activation code has already been redeemed is treated as a delivered digital product.

If you purchased the wrong state, contact us. We will exchange it for the correct state at no additional cost rather than issuing a refund, provided the request is made within 30 days.

Court filing fees, service-of-process fees, notary fees, and any charges paid directly to a court or a third-party provider are not paid to Divorce Liaison Inc. and cannot be refunded by us. Contact the court or provider directly about those charges.

Because courts decide cases and we do not provide legal advice or representation, we cannot offer refunds based on the outcome of your matter, a clerk's rejection of documents you prepared, or a change in your circumstances after purchase.

Purchases made with the Military & First Responder discount are refunded at the amount actually paid.

Submit a request through our contact page with your order reference number and the reason for the request. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method, typically within 5–10 business days after approval.
